Before You Leave Home
- E-sign the rental agreement now. Every driver signs their own. No signed agreement, no keys. Sign the rental agreement.
- Put the return date and time in your calendar. Late return is $100 per hour past the time on your reservation.
- Check your neighborhood. Some gated communities ban golf carts and we cannot deliver there. Check the approved and restricted list.
The 5 Rules That Keep You Out of Trouble
- 22 and licensed. Every driver is 22 or older with a valid driver's license. No exceptions.
- Seat belts on, every seat, every trip. A rental cart is a Low Speed Vehicle under Florida law and belts are required.
- Zero alcohol, zero devices while driving. Florida DUI law applies to an LSV. Either one ends the rental on the spot: the cart is recovered and no refund is issued for unused time.
- Stay off Highway 98. Public roads posted 35 mph or less only (Fla. Stat. 316.2122). Cross Highway 98 only at a signalized intersection; driving along it ends the rental immediately.
- Park legally. Only in a marked space. Citations and tolls are billed at the full amount plus a $35 admin fee per item; a stranded vehicle recovery or tow is $200.
Fuel and Charging
- Gas carts go out with a full tank and come back with a full tank (87 unleaded). Return it under full and the refuel fee is $30. Prepaid fuel is $6.00 per day if you would rather skip the gas station; add it at booking or reply to your confirmation email.
- Electric carts plug in every night. Return it under 90 percent charge or not plugged in and the recharge fee is $100.

- Delivery and pickup, how it works (delivery to your door is included; the cart is at the address on your reservation by your start time)
Protect the Deposit
- Renter's Collision Protection: $39.50 per driver per day, $20,000 of coverage, $500 deductible. Check whether your own auto policy covers a rented LSV before you skip it.
- Damage Forgiveness: $8 per day covers the first $250 of scuffs and dings.
